ZeroOne: a movement practice that weaves together the wild fullness and love of life through the body with the utterly empty freedom of awareness itself, bringing up all that is not fully alive or free in the process and integrating that back into the whole experience of self.

TaKeTiNa: an active rhythm meditation, where the body becomes the instrument, and guided rhythm journeys invite states of timelessness and deep rhythmic flow, creating an exhilarating inner silence as well as a wellspring of musical creativity.

These two practices are deeply complementary, one based in clear rhythmic form, the other based on improvisation, both rooted in the value of being totally present. Together, they forge a powerful catalyst for you to learn how you learn, unpack the ways you block your growth, and open a pathway ahead to wake up more and participate in your life with a renewed level of creativity and inspiration.

Adam Barley is the founder of ZeroOne, a creative movement meditation practice. He began studying healing and meditation in the early ’80s, training with Gabrielle Roth in the ’90s to teach the 5Rhythms. He has built a world-wide reputation for powerfully transformative embodiment work, launching ZeroOne in early 2019.
“I’m a big cat hunter and a butterfly with a broken wing, with a teaching style that tends to both depth and vulnerability. I have faith in us human beings, and am passionately committed to being part of the evolutionary jump we are engaged in.”

Tania Bosak has worked for more than 32 years as an actor, musician, producer, composer and teacher across the arts and music education in Australia and abroad. After 20 years of practice and training, Tania certified as a Master TaKeTiNa® teacher in 2018. She holds a BA in Performing Arts, Contemporary Dance, a Diploma in Solution-Focused Counselling, and is a certified Generative Trance therapist.

Tania is currently running ongoing Active Rhythm and Trance (ART™) training for therapists and health professionals in training, as well as running open public workshops that combine her expertise in Generative Trance practice, theatre, voice, movement, and the TaKeTiNa® Rhythm process. In 2004 Tania founded Pulse Rhythm Events, an organisation dedicated to presenting collaborative workshops and events involving rhythm, body, voice, personal evolution and meditation practices.
