Celebrate the spirit of the new season! 12-hour overnight rhythm music and meditation experience in Brussels.
A Summer Solstice Rhythm and Meditation event with a difference – TaKeTiNa.12. An overnight 12-hour rhythm, body and TaKeTiNa meditation event designed by musician, performer, and Master TaKeTiNa teacher Tania Bosak in collaboration with TaKeTiNa teacher and musician Baptiste Vaes.
DATE: 21st June 8.00 pm to 8.00am.
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and pillow for resting phases and a water bottle. Snacks and tea will be provided. Participants are welcome to sleep and rest during the set.
LANGUAGE: English and French
No music or TaKeTiNa experience necessary.
